      There should be a speaker icon somewhere on your screen ,mine is bottom right. Click on it move the bar and volume will increase . Without seeing your screen thats all I can tell you . Hope it helped   Bill

        Mine is bottom right too - and you can increase the volume or use headphones.

        Have you tried going to the Start icon, then click on the control panel, then sounds, speech and audio devices icon.  That allows you to adjust the system volume.
