Hiking is a fun way to escape the stresses of everyday life by yourself.When they do it, you can see places they can reach only by walking. Many hikers say I enjoy a slow, relaxed walk while talking to friends. This allows them to enjoy the scenery by themselfs. Others say you like a challenge. they push themselfs boath mentally and physically. Walking and hiking itself are low inpact so it is suitable for nearly everyone.

You keep switching between I, you, they. Be consistent and use one subject.
THEMSELVES, not themselfs BOTH, not boath
Change "do it" When one hikes, When they hike, or When you hike
One sentence is about enjoy a slow hike with friends, followed by one that says something about enjoying scenery by "themselfs". You don't enjoy scenery by yourself if you are hiking with a friend.
You also need to capitalize the first letter of the first word of each sentence.
