        The times they are a changing, honestly i don;t know, but logic tells me it's just the need maybe is not there., with heated cars,buses,homes the hat is now more of novelity rather than a tool against nature...

          When you start to lose your hair on top you go back to hats.There is nothing worse than a sun-burnt scalp.You will seldom see me out without a ball cap.With our climate it takes a couple of minutes to get a sun-burn.

                I believe this, I know men that always have a ball cap on but if it gets knocked off no hair under it.

                  Lots here wear hats, men and women, but I was thinking we don't see people smoking pipes much these days

                    People wear hats here as well. My husband does't think he looks good in hats but it really is yummy when he wears a baseball cap for some reason... cute!
