The doctor told him to eat normaly for two days then skip a day then eat for two days the skip a day. "Come back in 6 weeks and you will have lost 6 pounds".When the Irishman went back the doctor was amazed as the paddy had lost 60 pounds.
"Crikey did you follow my suggestion?" the doctor asked.
"Yes" the Irishman r " but I thought I was going to die on that third day"
