Yes. Start out at a low temperature then bring it up to 375 degrees after about an hour. I season at before putting it in the oven and cover until the last half an hour. The trick is in the timing for everything else you are serving. Test the chicken before plating. Be careful not to overcook... that makes the Chicken tough.
