The government of China is highly organized.

There are people living in extreme poverty in India. The problems of that country spread far and wide.

I pick China based on their willingness to copy anyone's idea and mass produce it... bully Tibet to the point of no Tibet at all... because they don't take no as an answer... manufacturers and governments have no problem throwing business their way... What the government wants they get on no uncertain terms and they are highly organized.

China without any question in my mind. They have the infrastructure, people, military, and a willingness to copy and mass produce everything on the market.
