    What's at the top of your "bucket list"?

    Everyone has at least a mental list of places to go and things to do "before I die".  If you could pick only one thing to accomplish from that list, what would it be?

          To keep my mental awareness until I'm gone! I have a great fear of having dementia and not even knowing it!

            That is a fear I share with you. Every day I do some sort of mental challenge, as I've heard that is one way to keep your brain functioning. Keeping physically healthy is supposed to help, too!

                WOW! That will be an amazing adventure. You will have a camera attached somehow to video the flight! Do you hang glide now???
