Do colorado mental health professionals have a State Statute that requires a Duty to Warn or Protect?

A practicing registered psychotherapist. I have reviewed the statutes and I cannot find a Duty to Warn requirement. However, other information indicates that Colorado is one of the 22 states that requires that we warn someone in the event a client has disclosed intent to harm. I am supposed to address this question in class and I am confused about where to go for a clear answer.

Why don't you ring the American Medical Association?
