How strange I ate them last night in bed - never eat it bed but yum, yum, enjoyed them found one in the bed this morning and ate that too.

I was cleaning the garage and I knew when I bent down the wrong way My Back went into spasm its now Monday and I am still bent over like a 100 year old woman its killing me the paracetemol is not touching it I need strong pain killers but havnt got them wheres the hot water bottle damn its cold

leosmami thank you for your concern I cant take codiene as I am on thrioxine for a under active thyroid ( it runs in the family my mum and brother have it as well) I have been taking coproxamble that does help but it just takes the edge of it the trouble is that it keeps going into spasoms and that does hurt always had a weak back thanks xxx

melandrupert my heart goes out to you...that pain is incredible. It hurts to stand, sit, lie down, sometimes just to breathe (and forget about inhaling deeply). Once my ex-husband was in so much pain, he couldn't get out of the desk chair. We rolled him up to the van we had, he fell off the chair into the van, and we went to the doctor (him on the floor of the van; it hurt too much to try to get into the chair). He got a muscle relaxer shot (or was it two).

Bob thank you for your thoughts Yes I have been there when I couldnt move they had to get a ambulance and they gave me a morphine shot then told me to go up stairs with out supervision and go to the pharmacie lucky my Husband found me as I was all over the place they are lucky they didnt ahve a law suit on there hands.... I am a lot better today I can least walk straight rather than huddled over the guy next door lent me a a very thin belt that tightens up on the lower back and that has helped thanks Bob xxx

Lambshank already done that and it has helped with the pain but I love my Hotwater bottle the heat keeps better but thanks for the interest xxxxx

I know the type. They ask you what you think, you tell them, they say you are wrong and don't understand. Then they move on to the next person, and repeat the above. I believe that is just seeking attention and sympathy. Like you said, they keep doing the same ol' same ol'. How sad for them to stay stuck!

Mel,hope your backs easier now .And Clu,his name is Leo and hes beautiful!!Even though ill be honest and say i dont like putting my hand in his tank now,my son found out the hard way hes got sharp fins!Wish i knew how to put photos of him on here as youd love him!!!Hes piebald,pinky white with black patches and thinks its always dinnertime,perhaps that accounts for his size!!And hes still only young...

11/20 I don't usually answer twice, but this question is here and I did something "stupid" already this morning (it's not even noon). I have been feeling that a friendship has deteriorated to the point of no return but have been afraid to say something for fear of ruining the friendship. Today I decided to say something. Actually, looking back on why I didn't say something before now is what is stupid. If my foot is in my mouth now, big deal. I can hop.
