The media anywhere is a joke..  A few months ago our media dissected a pipe bomb showing how they work, their little educational program also taught how to make one, then of course for the next few weeks we had a few careless accidents. 

I see this stupid stuff all the time over here..  Even during the gulf war (#1) there was Peter arnette of CNN broadcasting where the troops were, even Saddam had CNN.. They finally stopped that crap though and peter Arnette was also fired. But on a local level, it continues..

Maybe there is something wrong in the Anglo-Saxon head (I'm one too), perhaps it evolution or devolution. They keep coming up with the most stupid things and most people say nothing. You wouldn't catch any other country doing and saying dopey things.
