      We are not Bing... you can just right click and hide this site.  No biggie.

        Start menu > Control panel > add/uninstall programs > locate Bing, it hides under the name conduit or conduit engine > uninstall

          You can go to tools and select manage add ons... a window will pop up with selected search providers, click on it and you can just disable it without uninstalling it.
