Sorry no. I did see a big black one out wandering about 2 weeks ago. It's difficult to answer this as you have given no description or where the dog may have been lost..... and because we get so many pranks on this site, it can be difficult to take a question like this seriously.

If your dog is in fact missing I am sorry. I hope your dog is returned. Good luck.

How small is small and where would this small dog be missing from? I'm in Austin, TX and we have a strong leash law here, I would have noticed an unleashed dog, I'm sure. I haven't seen one....
