Hi ,I went and did some goggle work for you. Typed :definition of Apple Id . Found out its tied to your device like a Ip address . So yes you do have it and it came with your machine . Next I typed Apple support and found some useful information . You are going to have to go over there and explore your options. Next and last I went to Apple forums and found a bunch of apple users ,I think they would be able to answer your questions very quickly . I am using Linux so I will be of little use to you .
