Wiith Google bookmarks.....
Open up your bookmarks > left click on bookmark you want to change > click edit bookmark > right next to the title, you will see edit. Left click edit. Change the title and click save.
With Yahoo bookmarks......
Open up bookmarks > check the box of the bookmark you want to change > left click edit > change the title and click save.
