On the bottom of your Facebook page is a "help" tab (right bottom)... it is like magic.  A friend of mine just did this today and told me about this... Happy!

I don't know how to do that, but be assured they will have all your details forevermore. When you join facebook, they insert two cookies into your computer. Whichever site you go to, they track you and record it even if you are no longer a member. Perhaps colleen knows how to remove the cookies.

You can not remove all your data from Facebook. Sorry. (You should always delete your cookies after you have been to their site). You can however block them from gathering information about the sites you visit outside of Facebook.

Disconnect for Chrome and Firefox is a new plugin from the developer behind Facebook Disconnect, but it doesn't stop with Facebook. Disconnect takes protection to a another level and blocks tracking cookies from Facebook, Google, Twitter, Digg, and Yahoo, and prevents all of those services from obtaining your browsing or search history from third party sites that you may visit.
