      Make your own, dear. It's easy. Buy a couple of vanilla pods and put them in a jar with some castor sugar. Leave it for a month. Then when you needa little vanilla sugar you have it on hand. A German cake-maker told me that secret years ago.

        Make it yourself. Buy vanilla bean and split it and bury it in 5 pound of sugar for a couple or three weeks.... Vanilla bean usually come by the pairs, use both of them.....
