My ex and I broke up after 9 years when I was in Europe, and after 7.5 months and her meeting a new guy whom 11 yrs youger than her for a rebund relationship for both, she came to Europe and asked me back and said that she is still in love with me, this guy means nothing and she wants to still marry me and have kkid with me... During the break up she kept emailing me and I never replied since she had been accusing me of cheating.... She kept asking my best friend if I were involved or not... So, I said ok and I came back home, but she still stayed in touch with that guy and when I found out she told me that she is more in love with him than with me, and during this time she kept saying that this guy was useing her for money and why didn't I rescue her and he is an alcoholic, an etc... then she told me that she is so mad at me for breaking her heart so bad and mad at her self to why she can forgive me and can stop being mad at me... Was I totally fooled for revange or just she is choosing him cause she can't forgive me??

Sounds like one big mess here and you need more help and expertise than I am able to offer. I am smart enough to know what I dont know. You need to understand this woman to see her motives. Its the small behaviour details that give insight into what she is all about.
