    While I have paid my subscription, I didn't receive the security code, and I still am getting a pop up telling me that my subscription has expired. What shall I do

    I think the only thing to do is try to contact the provider. You can try by email or look for a phone number . You can also contact your credit card people to see if indeed you have been billed for this. They may be willing to advocate for you. You might check your junk mail to see if has arrived there .
