How sad, stressful and awful for parents, when something so terrible happens to a child.  I'm sure we can't imagine the never ending heartache.

I cant imagine what these parents had to endure. It is unusual to abduct a boy 13 yrs. old. Those scumbags usually go for younger children. I hope this monster gets what is coming to him.

I cannot Imagine what his poor parents have gone through I dont know how anyone can cope when its a child .....these people who do such a thing are not humans they should be thrown of our planet just scum god rest daniel and his parents

I just come across your statement,my heart ached for that little boy and his parents ,i never thought that they would get the maggot that abducted him.This lowlife will not have a moments peace whilst in jail,i hope he cops it big time.

A co-worker of mine is a victim of this crime against her child. Her 13-yr-old daughter was abducted on a Sunday afternoon in her own neighborhood, with both parents home. The girl was raped and murdered and her body was found in a ditch by her mother. This pain never, ever, ever, ever goes away. Although this happened in the 80s, the killer has never been found. At least they have a suspect in Daniel's case. Thank goodness. If he is found to be guilty, he won't last long in jail. Child killers never do ...
