Yep, I need to tell MY man that he is not spending enough time with YOU.  Sigh.
If you have already told your man  that you want more of his time and he just doesn't get it, maybe it is time to re-evaluate the relationship.

BRING HIM A BEER AND PRETZELS ALONG WITH THE TV REMOTE ON NFL SUNDAYS.

MAKE HIS FOVORITE MEAL AND SERVE IT AT HALFTIME.

WHEN THE GAME IS OVER, BE HAPPY FOR HIS TEAM IF THEY WON, AND LOOK DISSAPOINTED AND "CONFORT HIM" IF THEY LOST.

CHECK IN NEXT MONDAY AND LET US KNOW HOW IT WORKED OUT.

first off tell him, talk to him about this. second show him. or try by planing  a you and me day once a week/month. it's not to much to give or ask for. that way you both get not just one.
