Have a 1998 Ford Winstar(20000 miles). Car quit while driving. Replaced Alternator, and belt,starter, plus positive battery cable. Battery is ok. Car still won't start. whats wrong?

We have a local guy who is a genius with cars . His name is David Ray has a local car talk radio show on the week ends .
