    How do I delete the names of all the persons that an email has been sent to I just want to send the body of the email

    Many people on the list do not want their name sent out to other mailing lists

      When  you click forward for the e-mail, this makes it amendable. Just highlight all the names and delete. 


      Let me know if you do not know how to highlight and delete.
