      Do you still use dial up or did you switch to internet/cable? Have you cleaned out your computer recently? Have you done a defrag or disk clean up?

        Not sure how to sort this out for you . First dial up is slower . I don't know what was turned off ,but the most logical thing is to contact the provider of your services and see what is up . Sorry I wasn't more help .
