      Get rid of any virus or malware you may have on it. Possibly adding more RAM if it is low will help. Check to make sure your hard drive is not near it's capacity. Limit the amount of programs you have running in the background. Upgrade to a faster internet connection.

        LOl have you considered 240volts ???? Seriously lighten the load ,clean house or up date your O/S . Dont plug your lap top into the dryer outlet !!!!!!!  Satisfactory outcome unlikely !
