                                I also had a grumpy old neighbour tell me, "You are moving to a new neighbourhood and I want you to remember this...The people who speak to you first are the weird ones, they are the ones without friends.  Stay away from those people."  He also said, "The higher the fence the better the nieghbour."

                                    Buy real estate in order to receive passive income.  Bingo.  It worked.  That was the best advice I ever received from an old lady who told me that dirt was better cash.
