I'm sorry but we do not own the toolbar and know nothing about the radio app.

This may or may not apply to you so take my advice with a grain of salt. First what you describe has just happened to me all the music things just stopped playing.Last fm ,Pandora,radio tuna, AOL on line every last one just stopped playing . I was told by those in the know that there were some up grades across the board to meet new web requirements and the old flash players will not work .Possible solutions : spend hours chasing new and current flash players to make all these things work again .This may or may not work and time is gone . I choose to clean house and install the most current version of my operating system. Result was I finished in 3 hours everything worked all music plays and computer is clean and faster . So you should choose the course that fits your needs the best. Good Luck !!!!!!!                         Bill
