    3. i recieved one of these letters also and i think these people should be made to pay of their promises to people that believe they are telling the truth about winning all this money. it hurts and dissapoints a lot of older people that cant afford to send them 20.00 and they believe they missed out on a fortune because they are broke and really they are about to be ripped off.

      This should be reported to the police if the elderly or anyone for that matter, is being scammed out of money.  There may only be a slim chance that something can be done about it but a slim chance is better than no chance at all.
