Tote Bag
Your website keeps coming up stating I have a FREE item coming because I purchased an item from another site. It says free on the tote bags but when you click on the photos it shows I believe it says $9.74 to have the bag personalized. Is there really ANY FREE items on your site or not? You have some great things I would like to order but if you're charging me for items you advertise as free then I'm no too sure. Thank you,
