      In order to thicken brewed coffee you can:
      Continue boiling the coffee and let some of the water to vaporized 
      Add whipped cream
      Add whipped milked

        Use a French-press and twice the coffee or do as Rob Green suggests but don't boil it,just simmer it so it reduces to the consistency you want.Or just go out for a doubled-up shot of espresso...it'll curl your socks!!!
