Good measure of fitness: When crossing the street in a cross walk if the light is over before you finish you are too slow. If the elderly lady with the walker beats you to the other side you may need work .If you can never catch the bus you might want to step up your workout . If older people pass you while walking might be cause for concern . If when they call last call at the buffet you always arrive to empty bowls might want to step up your training . If you walk at all ,hats off to you . Well done !!!!! Just keep trying and if Grand Ma passes you with her walker tip your hat she earned it . LOL !!!!!!!!!!
