I dont know the name for this but it sounds to me like they are 1 caring person. I have the same type of thing, only mine is with emotional pain. If my mum or my son has some type of upset, i feel like my own heart is being ripped to pieces. Sorry i couldnt be of more help to you

probably mentally ill...as that really stretches any understandable logic, imagining seeing someone say they physically feel another person's pain...almost akin to being psychosomatic. I apologize for being so skeptical regarding that, but that's a concept that is really out there, and ripe for charlatans to manipulate and abuse at somebody' elses expense. A lot like what you might find in some of these so-called "mediums."
