      unfortunately the the train has left the station!


      the financial syatem was messed up by over and unprecedented leverage and some creative packaging of mortgages. Worse is these 3rd class pkg were given AAA ratings and flogged all over the world. Going fwd 1, restore sound lending criteria where borrower has a significant stake.2.Keep a close eye on rating agencies so repeat perfomance is avoided.3.restrict short selling-it messes up equity mkt at the detriment of genuine investors.4.stop after hours trading. Closed should mean close until the next day!,  5. KEEP greenspan at home- he was part of the problem but can;t give up lime-light..
