Look in your local newspapers for job listings. Go to local businesses and see if they are hiring. You can also place notices in your local papers to say that you are looking for work and list your job qualifications.
If you go to your local library or look on line you can find all sorts of information on how to fill out a resume. From there you can apply on line to companies that are looking for qualified people to fill positions. There are sights such as "Craigs List" that have sites to look for jobs.
