Buy her a concert ticket.  Will set you back $100-200.  Women love concerts.  They look at the band boys, you look at her.  I'll send you the bill for this advice later.

You may have a little bit of money left.  Take her to IHOP after the concert.  That's the cheapest place I can think of.

P.S.  Don't forget flowers.

You are not on the top of her list.  Be patient.

She may not be interested in going out with you.  Perhaps if you cast your attention in a different direction and dated a girl who was more available to spend time with you, the "Busybody" might perk up and take notice.
One way to get someone's attention is to not be paying any attention TO that person.  You can say hello, of course, but no phone calls or other contact. If that doesn't work (and you need to be sincere in not paying attention), then you are just not what that person is desiring at this time.  It hurts, I know, but we get past it eventually.

Don't hang around wasting your time with this girl,ask her why she keeps making excuses as not to see you,she owes you an explanation.

Try being a gentleman and see if she notices, if not someone will.
