Sorry , but I think you are being scamed. Its a fake lottery and all they want is your personel information for idenity theft . Dont answer these they are all lies. When in doubt type the email header information in Google followed  by the word fraud  example :" Peckerwood Yahoo Lottery Great Britian Fraud"  and you will have your questions answered fact or fiction . Its always fiction !!!!! Their  education is improving as the copy they send is improving daily ,quite convincing but still a scam . The answer to your  question what can you do ,first dont answer ,second delete or block beyond that almost nothing reporting them just improves your computer skills and thats it. Sorry to say it is unlikely you have won any money thats the bad news . Good news is you have some free time cuz you can cancel the big shopping trip. Keep a eye on your credit stuff and Good Luck.                   Bill
