This is in the same catagory as wall paper. Not sure if this is true but for some reason fabric softner is in the back of my mind for this . What can it hurt and it will smell good anyway so try . There is also a blade devise looks like a computer mouse with blades on the bottom used for wallpaper removal. Might try that as well
