how do I reset my password?
someone has hacked my email again, sending out an erroneous message to my contact list, asking them for money from me - so you shut down my password without telling me, and now when I try to reset it once, you say I've had too many tries at resetting it. What kind of service is this? I swear I'm going over to my gmail account and forever ditch Hotmail. This is not good service. Doug Curran
