    do i need to go to the doctor?

    the first2-3days i was stopped up w/ a headachebut started using mucinex-d and for 4-5days my nose has run constantly but no headache or fever

      When in doubt, see a doctor. There is no reason to feel as bad as you do w/o seeking help....
