        Also, Africa is an extremely poor nation and I don't have any idea what other countries help them poor folks......seems like there always has to be some monetary gain for the USA to help other countries....I don't really know....perhaps I am jaded....just my thought!..(:

          Africa cannot contract HIV unless you are talking about Africa the person.  Safe sex is a good place to start.


          If you are talking about what types of programs are happening in Africa... all sorts. 


          Start with the World Health Organization and go from there.
