downtowningirl(: I will be very sure to never have hamburger again. I will go direct to the butcher and ask for ground chuck roast or ground round. I haven't had hamburger for a long long time. Thank you.

Great idea, it never occurred to me... I'll start doing the same...

I can't answer this as the 'body parts' of cows baffles me...I was a vegetarian for a very long time. I can tell you that I buy hamburger at a local farmer's market style store that has it's own butcher. The animals used for the meat are locally raised and the quality is much higher. (Oh shoot! Now that I am thinking about the animals... not good...Salad for dinner!)

I'm so sick of salads. It's been salads, salads, salads and more salads. I round out my diet with vinegar & salt potato chips, cookies and Root Beer floats. This situation had got to change.
