Reading, team sports, hiking, the Scouts, baby sitting (earning money), get a job be it mowing grass or bagging groceries....

Scout, hiking, camping, repainting houses for the seniors and the poor, serving food in cafeteria, singing and telling stories in nursing homes.

I know we all need our PC but the downside is all this tech stuff has ruined our youth along with play stations etc. My answer to the question is outdoor activities and work

I'll tell you what isn't recommended, and that is sitting in front of this stupid computer for hours on end. They should be getting excersize. Look at our youth today, boys who couldn't defend themselves if they got bitch slapped. Girls that have a gut and look 7 months pregnant. Don't you just love technology?

Six months in the army when thet turn 18, before that the scouts, out door sports.

Picking up Dog pop then cut the grass then  wash dads BMW.
