    swinging arms & walking on tip toes

    Your child should only be diagnosed by a qualified professional primarily, occupational therapists and physical therapists. 

    My youngest son walked on his toes for at least 14 years. It was something he didn't even know he was doing and as a child I did as well. I wonder if you look back in the family , maybe someone else walked the same way. He no longer does it at 15 but he just kind of quit on his own. Relax, it is probably very normal.
