I have a Lhsa Apso too. He is older, but he squats only once to pee, but walks around in circles when he does a pm.   You need to watch how much he pees each time. If it iis very little, you schould get him checked out. He might have a UTI.

I had a dog that did that.  It turned out that she had a urinary tract infection.  If it continues you may want to take the dog to the Vet.

Hi latendress sounds like she has a unfine infection take her to the vets asap or as she is quite old it could be her kidneys failing get her to the vets soon as either problem she will be in pain good luck
