You'll look good at any age if you take care of your health, have a positive attitude, and avoid drugs.

My mom is 63 and she looks great!  Everyone thinks she's my sister when we go out together. Men are actually telling me that my mom looks hot!. Too weird for me. 

But I'm hoping that I have her genes and look as good as she is when I'm her age.

You will look A LOT better if you take care of your body with exercise and the right foods.  I don't mean to say that children don't look good, it's just that age 19, girls really start to bloom. Boys too ... they don't bloom! They start getting muscles ... oh, you know!

As you can see from pic, you will look beautiful., even more than you are now.
