Our TV news is full of images of planes flying into buildings today.(It's 9/11 down here).
Bringing back the sickening feeling we had 10 years ago.
Our daughter was living in the U.S. at the time & it took us 8 hours to get thru to her on the phone.
We were frantically trying to make sure she was OK.

And now our police are on full alert because of credible information of a (possible) dirty bomb scare in New York city or Washington D.C. Even 300 miles away my wife was stopped yesterday in a road check.
BTW Tom: Is there something wrong with my calendar? You posted this a day ago and it is just now turning 9/11 down there. LOL

Australia is a day ahead of America.
There is nothing wrong with your calendar Flip.Perhaps I should have said the lead up to the 9/11 anniversary.As well as PLs observation we are a day ahead down here & as well the difference in the way we date things,for us it would be 11/9 with the day first followed by the month.
