You either make arrangements or sadly it goes back . No refunds on what you payed . This is not the best way to get the things you need . After all the BS you pay thru the nose for furniture that most often don't last as long as the payments . You should read your contract and see what your options are ,wish I had better news but I dont . Go in person and try to make arrangements sad fact is they either get their money or it goes back. I hope I am wrong but I don't see how . Best of luck Bill
