Summer afternoon 1976; the one just before entering high school. The late night drinking-shrieking-cooking woman's daughter. She pumped Frampton's 'Jumpin Jack Flash' out from the inside of the suddenly illuminated apartment. Her Harley commandeering beau would shortly and, surely be on his way. Her mother would return home from her Valium-driven cashier performance, only to cook again!
