Is this in Scotland? i don't see any shells............Looks cold, too......
One of the many lovely beaches along the Fife coast where I live, there are plenty of shells there too, you can't see the detail here though.

I was wondering too, if she meant what it the sand man. when I was little I cried and was so scared when my parents told me that man was going to put sand in my eyes. I was very afraid to go to sleep.
