Some say instinct, I don't believe in instinct totally because we tend to believe what we suspect to believe..  Just watch her, any changes lately?? New clothes?? out with the girls?? any new perks you never saw before?? Check her cellphone history,. Do you have access to her email?? And then, you might want to politely 'ask her'..   

That little voice already already knows . I could say more but I think Ill just wish you the best and move on . I am jaded and opinionated when it comes to this subject. Good rule to follow is when its starts to smell like socks move on because you are about to insert foot in mouth. Why are you wondering? Are you suspicious by nature?  Is your relationship suffering with lack of intimacy (intellectual as well as sexual)? 

There must be a reason for you to have this fear or suspicion.  My thought is, if you think it's a possibility, you might want to talk with her about your concerns.  If you can't talk to her about it, that raises a red flag for me.

If you DO talk to her about it and she laughs and blows off your feelings, failing to make eye contact with you.....or gets mad and stomps off, I would suspect you are close to the truth.

INTERESTING STORY:  My ex-husband (Caspar) was having an affair with a woman at work.  I found out, and decided to alert her husband.  ANONYMOUSLY.  No one but the two cheaters knew each other.  I called their home (it took investigative work to find out their last name and where they lived, but I had a hunch), and he answered.  I told him that his wife and my husband were having an affair in a kind, gentle, and emotionless way....just info.  I declined to answer when he asked who I was; it's not important who I am.

He told me later (we became friends) that his wife asked him who was on the phone after we hung up.  He told her it was a woman telling him that his wife was having an affair with her husband.

Her response:  "Caspar is just a friend"  (They divorced....we did, too. The affair didn't last either)

You wont until she tells you or you cautch her...

However there are signs to look for..

weight loss, new style of dress, new hair style, in general taking better care of herself, txting more, online more, Runnig errand that she never did before.... Mussed make up, fresh perfume when coming home, avoiding eye contact, unwilling to be intament with you.... .

You must have some evidence if you already suspect her.Why don't you ask her.Straight out! If she denies it at least you have the comfort of knowing she wants to continue her relationship with you.

If she confirms your suspicions,well that's the subject of a whole 'nuther question.
