    how do I stop pop up ads?

    I have been trying to reach Drudge Reports and pop-ups prevent me
    from getting to this website.

      POP UP BLOCKER Tools > Options > Content tab > next to "Block pop up windows", see Exceptions, click it. Paste or type address of site you want pop ups to be allowed for, click Allow, You do not want to disable your blocker completely because that will allow pop ups on every site you visit.
